Rikke Stougaard Thomsen

Junior Project Manager

Rikke is an ambitious project manager and associate with a sharp eye for process and a steady hand on execution. She thrives where strategic thinking meets day-to-day momentum and enjoys shaping campaigns that not only run smoothly but also resonate, across platforms, touchpoints, and people.

At Advice, she coordinates cross-functional campaign efforts and ensures strong collaboration between clients, creatives and specialists. With a background in media strategy and campaign setup, she bridges insights, planning and performance with ease.

Rikke holds a BSc in Business Administration and Organisational Communication from Copenhagen Business School and has grown quickly in her role at Advice from intern to project manager. She’s driven by a deep curiosity, a trait that led her to visit 12 countries during a 6-month-exchange in Singapore. That same curiosity defines her work, where she dives deep into new topics to build sharp business understanding.

Bonus info:
Rikke grew up in a circus family - her grandfather was a clown (the professional kind), and she spent her summers with the Cirkus. Despite the circus blood, she has no talents fit for the ring. But she can juggle three projects, five timelines and a room full of creatives without breaking a sweat.
