Sille works at the intersection of analysis and public affairs, where she uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to generate insights that inform everything from strategic communication and campaign to advocacy and policy. She works across themes and sectors – from public opinion surveys on Danes’ views on development cooperation and trends in official development assistance, to the development of light DMA- and ESG-processes and
reports.
Sille brings a sharp political instinct and a deep understanding of the strategic landscape. With a master’s degree in political science from the University of Copenhagen – specialising in advanced quantitative methods, political behaviour and international relations – she has designed creative survey experiments, built robust analytical models, and tackled complex
topics ranging from gender inequality in Danish households, economic inequality in Denmark and human rights issues in the Global South.
Before joining Advice, Sille worked as a Behavioural Insights Advisor at the Danish Working Environment Authority, where she combined data and behavioural science to drive safety, compliance and behaviour. She has also worked with training and global activism at Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke and coordinated educational events on EU and global trade at Dansk Kommunikation.
Outside of work, Sille is active in civil society as a board member of Oxfam Denmark and a council member at Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke. And whenever possible, she prefers to explore the world by thumb – most recently in a competitive hitchhike to Hamburg.
