This project involved design for the global site and market-specific sites, crafting localized copy for these platforms, and developing creative directions and copy for the launch of the VIKING Valkyrie in the US.
CHALLENGE
VIKING FIRE faced several challenges in unifying their visual identity across diverse markets, ensuring both coherence and relevance regardless of location, while streamlining user journeys to enhance engagement and conversions.
INSIGHT
The project revealed significant differences in the firefighting and technical rescue landscapes between the US and EU. These differences necessitated tailored approaches to branding and communication for each market, born from the same core story.
SOLUTION
We developed a cohesive digital ecosystem, including new CVI and revised core story. We designed engaging digital platforms for the global site and market-specific sites, tailored to different regional needs. Additionally, we crafted compelling copy for these sites and developed creative directions and copy for the US launch of the VIKING Valkyrie.
RESULT
The new websites were an immediate success, converting initial customer interests into product inquiries. The consistent and compelling brand story resonated across both the US and EU markets, effectively supporting VIKING FIRE’s US expansion and market presence.
